Project summary

CoreLogic, now operating under the name Cotality, is a leading provider of property data, analytics, and insights serving a wide range of industries including real estate, finance, insurance, and government. With over $9 billion in annual revenue, CoreLogic empowers businesses to make smarter decisions through data-driven solutions.

In 2021, I was engaged by CoreLogic as an independent consultant to support the rebranding and redesign of their North American website. Collaborating closely with their in-house creative team, I led UX/UI and visual design efforts to establish a refreshed brand direction and a modernized digital experience. The new website was built on the WordPress platform, utilizing the Elementor plugin suite to create a fully customized theme and layout. This case study offers a high-level overview of the project, with a focus on my key contributions.

To begin, I conducted a comprehensive analysis of CoreLogic’s brand equity, core product offerings, and market position as a trusted leader in delivering advanced data solutions across industries—from aerospace to real estate. With annual revenues exceeding $9 billion, the company required a visual identity that conveyed its stature as an enterprise-grade organization at the forefront of the information revolution. My work included developing a refreshed color palette, selecting new typography, and defining an updated art direction. These elements came together to support a bold visual campaign that reflected the company’s scale, innovation, and leadership.

Below is a preliminary landing page concept design that was created to demonstrate how the new art direction, updated colors, fonts, and visual elements of the style guide would be infused into the custom WordPress theme.
