From Fall 2023 through Spring 2025, I led the design team for Microsoft’s Commercial division, where I played a key role in launching the Surface Laptop, 7th edition—and Surface Pro, 11th edition—part of the first wave of Copilot+ PCs integrated with AI for business. This release marked a major milestone for Microsoft, as Surface entered a new era of intelligent hardware purpose-built to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and elevate the user experience for enterprise customers. It was an incredible opportunity to contribute to a historic moment for one of the world’s leading tech innovators.

In close collaboration with cross-functional teams—including development and commercial marketing—we conducted multiple iterations of wireframing and visual design. Our efforts led to an 11% increase in website referrals, demonstrating the impact of a user-centered, collaborative approach.
