As technology accelerates, Windows is leading the next wave of innovation with the introduction of Copilot—Microsoft’s proprietary AI integration. A key objective of the Windows 11 homepage refresh was to signal this pivotal evolution: the arrival of a new era of AI-powered Windows PCs. Copilot is seamlessly embedded into the operating system and the Microsoft 365 suite, transforming productivity by delivering intelligent, context-aware assistance directly within everyday workflows.

The redesigned experience aligned more closely with enterprise customer needs, showcasing product benefits and solutions in a more engaging and intuitive way. Through iterative design, UX enhancements, and data-informed decisions, we delivered a streamlined experience that contributed to an 11% increase in sales referrals—a measurable improvement that reflected the power of strong design leadership and user-centered thinking.
